Η πλατφόρμα έχει ανοίξει από τα μέσα Ιουνίου για έλεγχο επιλεξιμότητας των προτάσεων. Αφού ολοκληρωθεί αυτός, υπολογίζεται πως εντός Σεπτεμβρίου θα μπορούν να υποβληθούν τα αιτήματα επιδότησης. Πρόκειται για ένα νέο πρόγραμμα επιδότησης που αφορά την ανακαίνιση ιδιωτικών κατοικιών, με ήπιες παρεμβάσεις ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης. Μέσα από το «Ανακαινίζω» επιδιώκεται να κινητοποιηθούν πολλοί ιδιοκτήτες, αυξάνοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα κατοικιών και συμβάλλοντας στη μείωση των πιέσεων στις τιμές των ενοικίων. Η διαφορά με προηγούμενα προγράμματα Επειτα από διαβουλεύσεις με την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, εγκρίθηκε ένα νέο εργαλείο στεγαστικής πολιτικής που δίνει προτεραιότητα στην επιδότηση επισκευών —καθώς εκεί εντοπίζεται το μεγαλύτερο κόστος για τους ιδιοκτήτες κλειστών ακινήτων— και σε δεύτερο επίπεδο στις ενεργειακές παρεμβάσεις. Επιπλέον, σε αντίθεση με παλαιότερα προγράμματα, καλύπτει και παλιές κύριες κατοικίες που ήδη χρησιμοποιούνται, διευρύνοντας έτσι σημαντικά το πεδίο εφαρμογής του, ειδικά σε μια περίοδο αυξημένων ενεργειακών απαιτήσεων. Το πρόγραμμα Η επιδότηση θα καλύπτει από 70% έως και 90% του κόστους για παλαιές κατοικίες, είτε είναι κενές είτε κατοικούνται. Απευθύνεται σε νοικοκυριά με χαμηλά και μεσαία εισοδήματα που δεν διαθέτουν τα απαραίτητα κεφάλαια για ανακαίνιση. Αυξημένα ποσοστά ενίσχυσης προβλέπονται για ευάλωτες ομάδες, όπως άτομα με αναπηρία, τρίτεκνες και πολύτεκνες οικογένειες, μονογονεϊκά νοικοκυριά, νέους ηλικίας 25 έως 35 ετών, καθώς και για ακίνητα σε ορεινές και νησιωτικές περιοχές. Προβλέπεται η ανακαίνιση έως και 20.000 κατοικιών, με μέγιστη επιφάνεια 120 τ.μ. Η επιδότηση θα υπολογίζεται ανά τετραγωνικό μέτρο, με ανώτατο όριο τα 300 ευρώ/τ.μ., ενώ το συνολικό ποσό ανά κατοικία μπορεί να φτάσει περίπου τις 36.000 ευρώ. Από το συνολικό budget, περίπου το 80% θα διατεθεί για επισκευές και το υπόλοιπο για ενεργειακές αναβαθμίσεις. Τα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια Τα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια θα είναι αντίστοιχα με εκείνα του προγράμματος «Σπίτι μου 2». Για να λάβει κάποιος την επιδότηση, θα πρέπει είτε να ενοικιάσει το ανακαινισμένο ακίνητο για τουλάχιστον πέντε χρόνια είτε να το χρησιμοποιεί ως κύρια κατοικία για το ίδιο χρονικό διάστημα. Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε εισοδηματικά κριτήρια: • έως 25.000€ για άγαμους, • 35.000€ για ζευγάρια (+5.000€/παιδί) και • έως 39.000€ για μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες. Απαιτείται ελάχιστο εισόδημα 10.000€, ενώ η επιλεξιμότητα ελέγχεται με το πιο πρόσφατο εκκαθαριστικό ή τον μέσο όρο τριετίας. Αναλυτικά Εισοδηματικά Κριτήρια (Ετήσιο Εισόδημα): Άγαμοι: Έως 25.000€. Προσαύξηση ανά παιδί: Προστίθενται 5.000€ για κάθε παιδί ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ: Ε1 / Ε2 / Ε9 Λογαριασμό ρεύματος (αριθμός παροχής) Τίτλο ιδιοκτησίας (συμβόλαιο) Άδεια οικοδομής ή Τακτοποίηση αυθαιρέτου ΑΝΑΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΩΣΗ: Στο πρόγραμμα θα μπορούν να ενταχθούν ακίνητα τουλάχιστον 20ετίας, τα οποία παραμένουν κλειστά για τουλάχιστον τρία χρόνια.
