Kostantinos D. Katsoudas is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with parallel studies in Mathematics and Journalism. He holds a Master’s degree from the Hellenic Open University in Environmental Planning, with academic focus on the relationship between tourism development and environmental sustainability.
His postgraduate research explored whether intensive tourism leads to environmental degradation or whether, through the establishment of appropriate environmental resilience frameworks, destinations can sustain long-term economic prosperity. His work was presented as part of an academic poster presentation titled:
“Intensive Tourism and Environmental Resilience in Mykonos.”

Mr. Katsoudas has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He has worked in education at secondary level and in lifelong learning centers, teaching subjects related to political economy, entrepreneurship and innovation.
