Company Overview
FLOIOS MYKONOS was established in 2008 with the objective of preparing financial and technical studies and developing funding proposals for investment programs.
To date, the company has successfully completed more than 650 projects under development laws, ESPA programs, regional LEADER initiatives, and other funding schemes.
Currently, FLOIOS is actively managing 103 projects at various stages of implementation.

3 projects under the LEADER Program of the South Aegean Region

Business Plans
FLOIOS also prepares more than 50 Business Plans annually, working in collaboration with all major banking institutions.
The company provides comprehensive consulting support to prospective investors, covering the full cycle of investment planning and evaluation.
Hotel Classification (Star Rating)
FLOIOS holds official accreditation to conduct hotel star-rating inspections, certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (HCH).
ISO Certification Studies
As part of its expanded services, FLOIOS prepares and implements management system studies for:
